Our Story: Many years ago we realized that Timber Bulkheads, Piles and Piers were failing long before there expected life expectancy was due. (See Bulkhead Repair Trivia) Many people in the area will tell you that they are on their 2nd or 3rd Bulkhead! It’s sad but true, that many of the New Bulkhead installations could have been delayed or possibly prevented with a well organized Maintenance Program. Marine Clean Safety & Preventions Cleaning Division was born.

The bottom line is that many of the Timber Bulkheads,Piles and Piers in Virginia Beach are failing because of neglect. Compare it to not changing the oil in your car but once every 5 years. Not a good idea. How long before serious problems with that car engine arise and a new engine is needed?

The same can be said for for virtually every structure on the waterfront. Bulkheads, Piles, Piers, Boat Lifts, and even Floating Docks suffer when a regular scheduled maintenance program is not in place.

If you are the kind of person that likes to change your own oil in your car and enjoy handyman projects around the house every weekend, our Maintenance Program is probably not for you.
